ICFAI University celebrated Plantation Week with great enthusiasm from July 22 to July 27, 2024, organized by the NSS Wing. This initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness among students and staff through tree plantation drives and related activities.
Tree Plantation Drives: Various tree plantation drives were held across the university campus. Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. S.P. Dubey, Registrar Dr. Manish Upadhyay, NSS member Dr. P.D. Sharma, Dr. Shubhra Tiwari, Mr. Sashank Sekhar Dayal, along with faculty members, administrative staff, and students, actively participated in planting a diverse range of saplings. These included indigenous trees and species beneficial to local biodiversity.
